I paid for my order and it went through right away, which was a relief?? No double charges, no random pending issues, nothing weird at all. Simple experience and everything worked fine for me

The parts showed up fine, but the box was crushed and there wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily nothing was broken, but I expected better protection for shipping. What annoyed me more was there wasn’t really any human contact or easy way to check in with someone about it, just the usual automated stuff. Overall it was okay, but they definitely could pack things more safely.

I ordered a couple of parts from fridayparts.com everything showed up exactly like I expected. The part numbers matched what I selected on the site, and they fit my machine without any issues. I always try to trust my instinct when ordering parts online, and this one worked out fine. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the shipping updates were a little slow and I had to check on it a couple of times. But the order itself was accurate, and I’d use them again if I need parts.

They cancelled the order and sent the refund update soon after. It was simple and painless, although part of me still kept checking because refunds always make me nervous. Overall, it went really smoothly, and I appreciated not having to argue back and forth over it.

They did reply, but sometimes the answers weren’t as clear as I was hoping. Something about it just felt a little confusing at times.

The return did go through eventually, but it was slower than I expected. It kind of felt like it wasn’t being treated as much of a priority, so I had to be more patient than I’d hoped.

It still took me a little while to figure everything out on my end, but I got it fitted without causing any problems. From my experience, the part was solid and the support made a real difference.
